Poster campaign on IPCC reports
"Understand to act" campaign
The "Pour un réveil écologique" (For an ecological awakening) collective launched a poster campaign across France in 2023 when the latest IPCC report came out. The report went unnoticed by the media, so the collective decided that it was important for every citizen to be able to read it.
With UNI for Change, the campaign continues in Belgium and internationally since Novembre 2023. The campaign is still ongoing.
The title of the poster "Tonight, it's burger IPCC report" invites you to scan a QR code, which links to 3 10-point summaries on the following themes:
- The origins and elements of climate change
- Measures to adapt to climate change
- Solutions for mitigating climate change
The QR code on the posters ‘Tonight, it is burger IPCC report’ links to a website where the summaries can be easily read on a smartphone.
